The Department of Physics has rich research activity in Basic and Applied Physics. Each Department’s Section is focused on subjects related to its staff’s interests.
The Department of Physics awards a unified DoctorateDegree in Physical Sciences to postgraduates holding MSc degree in Basic and Applied Physics or interdepartmental postgraduate programs in Microelectronics, Electronics, Computers, Automation and Telecommunication as well as other fields relevant to Physics.
